Products are handcrafted and made to order. Colours, finish and small details may vary slightly from photos, as each pair is produced individually.
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed order. We reply with details, final price and lead time. An order is confirmed only after we both agree in writing.
Because products are custom-made to your specification, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales may not apply once production has started, to the extent permitted by law. Faulty items are of course remedied. Full return terms will be provided once online sales are enabled.
The VELUA name, logo and site content are our property and may not be used without permission. If you send us a club crest or third-party logo for a custom design, you confirm you have the right to use it.
Shin guards reduce but do not eliminate the risk of injury in sport. Use them as intended. We are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse or from play beyond the protective capacity of the product.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumer disputes may also be addressed to ANPC (anpc.ro) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
